"Everything was great except air conditioning is not very good, went in may so was tolerable but wouldn't stay here if weather very hot but nice hotel and helpful staff"

"The staff was very nice and helpful! My only problem was that days in advance of my arrival I followed the instructions given on the app/website to write to the hotel in order to give them my time of arrival and arrange to meet the shuttle. I wrote several times with no response! I finally called just before I got on my plane to Paris. Because I don't speak French it took sometime (and 3 phone calls) to have them send me instructions via Whatsapp. They said they never received emails from me so...

"Rooms are ok but just need a makeover. Location is great with bars and restaurants 2 minutes away. Shuttle service to Disney is perfect taking less than 10mins to get to the parks. "

"We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Disney. It was 15 minutes walk which was absolutely doable before and after long park days- with the option of a free shuttle 3 times an hour if you didn’t want this. The room was practical and safe; we were missing a few items from the room (second chair and the tv didn’t work) but this didn’t bother us as we didn’t stay in the room much of the day. The kitchenette was so helpful, especially with dishwasher tablets provided. Overall, a very good stay "

"We have stayed at this hotel twice before prior to the pandemic so we’re more than happy to book again as the location is directly opposite the rer to central Paris. Staff very friendly, parking is great, for a fee which isn’t too bad. The rooms have aged though and need updating. Too Few plugs, 1 usb at the far end of the room. The woodwork is tired and starting to get tatty. Facilities are good and bed comfortable. Domestics come in daily and were brilliant. Bearing in mind the newer hotels...

"Friendly place, from all of the staff in each area to the shops and bits just outside the hotel. Made to feel welcome. Ideal place for Disney. A free shuttle bus for the guests. Very close to the main train station RER A line to central Paris. Supermarket 2 min walk away. Huge shopping centre if that’s what you like 5 mins away. Back to the hotel and there’s an on site spa with great facilities. We used the pool on the last day. The room itself was large. I fell it could have been organised...

"Although we had to wait to get our room ready, the view from our room balcony of the Tour Eiffel was worth every minute. Our room (508) was big enough and the amenities were useful. The staff (especially Ness) were very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely come back during my next trip to Paris. "

"It was our first time in Paris and the Hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, safe and easy access to Metro, grocery store and restaurants and bakeries. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, full kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is always someone available anytime of the day. The water and coffee machines in lobby are an added plus. Definitely recommend!"
