"We had a wonderful time staying at Derby Eiffel. The hotel did have construction going on but it did not bother us at all. Construction was during day when we were gone. Slept great and was quiet even with the lift next to our door. Close to Ecole Militaire metro and buses. We washed clothes at a laundry mat not a few minutes away. The room was small but comfortable for 3 of us. Would stay here again. "

Rooms are small but they make up for the size with a delicious breakfast, a great location, and the super friendly and approachable staff! We could also see the tip of the Eiffel Tower from the window in our room! Would absolutely choose to stay here again! They also helped us get a taxi since we didn’t have a French phone number and they saved us from walking 30 minutes with our luggage! "

"Very nice stay here for 4 nights. Room, very clean and AC was great. Shower had a lot of pressure but little room for toiletries. Room was smallish but probably normal for Paris. Good location, quiet and excellent breakfast. Very small closet and drawers for clothes. Good tv channels, got to watch French Open on tv. We had a very late arrival and a very early departure, which was not a problem."
