We got the room that’s separated from the main hotel, but we actually liked it better because it was more secure and the rooms were bigger. I made several requests, such as a particular room from the photos in the website to wine and rose petals left in the room on the day of our anniversary, all of which was accommodated. On checking in, and the majority of the time we had contact with reception, we were met by Omar. He is a credit to that hotel and couldn’t do enough to make our stay a special one. The room we requested was absolutely amazing and looked even better than the photos. It was spacious, clean and had wonderful facilities - in particular the hot tub. Breakfast was excellent with so many hot and cold options to list. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and hotel and if we were in Venice again, we would only look to stay here."
