"Hotel was conveniently located. I appreciated the AI concierge, Ava. We used it to recommend some activities and it was very helpful! We needed extra towels and got some very quickly. There was a large soaking tub in our room which was nice! The only downside to our stay is we were directly under the service elevator and it would move very early in the morning and was very loud. I am not sure how to ensure your room is not under the service elevator, but wish I did."
