"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"The only thing I regret about my stay is only booking 3 nights & not longer. I dout there is any other property in Ravello (or possibly on the whole Amalfi coast) with a huge private terrace with this kind of view, at such a low price point. The apartment itself is modest, and yes there are 80+ stairs up to the main piazza, but THE TERRACE. "The view from the front windows and patio are absolutely stunning from this property. There were four adults staying here and we were well equipped with bedrooms and bathrooms. The stairs to the property were certainly doable with luggage as you can imagine this entire region is full of them and anything under 100 steps is a win. "The most magical place to stay! The Villa and staff are amazing! The massive grounds/gardens are incredible. You must walk 10-15 minutes from the “meeting spot” in the center of town to get to the property so it’s not recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to walk. However, so worth it! We will be back! Ravello is a gem of a town! Pure magic!"

"Super helpful and informative staff that will go above and beyond to make your stay and navigation of the area more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for it's views, comfort, attention to detail and great service. My only advice would be, be prepared to get a leg work out! Given it's location you'll need to take many stairs if you come by the bus. It's well worth it! "
