"I called twice to arrange for a shuttle to come to the airport to pick us up. Somehow we were sent to the wrong Hampton Inn. The girl at the Hampton Inn was very nice and helped us to arrange a to get to our hotel. Apparently the Hampton Inn are not connected so they couldn’t just call my Hampton Inn and have them come and pick us up. Other than that once I got to the end I was supposed to be. It was a great. "
