"Fantastic location, friendly staff, lovely room. No water in the room and as it is located in a separate building from the bar I believe this is essential. Room keys are reset overnight so you have to go back to reception to get back into your room. Restaurant is very busy so you must book in advance. Service at dinner was a bit chaotic with no segregation of duties. However every staff member was very friendly and helpful."

"We had a fantastic two night stay. Rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Little messages leftcon the mirror each day from the cleaner. All staff were extremely politecand helpful. Breakfast was probably thr best weve ever had in a hotel. What a selection. Always being topped up. Swimming pool was great. Very clean aroind the pool and changing ooms. "Unfortunately the shower in our room only delivered scalding hot water, the plug in the sink did not fit, the iron and ironing board which was attached to the wall fell off and the mirror was cracked. These were reported to the management who made a note of the issues so hopefully they will ensure these are all repaired. As we were only staying overnight we were able to cope with the shower situation. . However the staff were very polite and friendly. "
