"Honestly, I found the hotel to be better than expected, but I have to admit that my expectations were pretty low. The room itself was spacious and clean. I just hate that even the non-smoking floors still reek of cigarette smoke. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I was shocked how much Vegas prices have gone up. "Except for the thousands, I lost the casino. It was a nice trip.. I had a seriously bad moment I thought with a guy at the pool. It was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I had to come down late because I was on the phone with important things, but he scolded me for being in front of one of the cabanas.. when he asked me to move and I said OK will you help me find an available seat he said I’m sorry it’s first come first serve and walked away… I don’t usually complain, but he was quite snotty! "

"My entire experience at the Green Valley was lovely,, but there was no TV access the entire time I was there. This is unacceptable. i believe everyone affected should receive compensation."
