"Their 2 elevators were insufficient for the number of rooms in the hotel. Very limited food available. The bar manager Ari made us feel very comfortable and enjoyed his stories!"

"Overall a great stay at a wonderful hotel. The service was outstanding, the room was spacious, well appointed and clean. The location is fantastic, providing plenty to do/see nearby as well as easy access to public transportation to get to other parts of London. My only complaint would be the fact the TV system has no guide, so you can't tell what your watching, how long it will be on, what's on next, etc.. Challenging particularly with kids, but considering the rest of the experience not a...
