"Very good standard email communication.. the apartment needs to be updated.. screens for bugs are broke and let a lot in .. bathroom needs to be redone completely.. really!.. space is huge, free Coffee and everything was clean .. 5 stars but reinvest in your property.. really needs some help "

"Lovely apartment in central location. Clean, comfortable beds. The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. A part from that lovely place and affordable for Venice. "

"My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end."

"The hotel apartment is very spacious and close to water bus line #1 Academia stop which makes commute to and from Venezia San Lucia train station a breeze. The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again. "

"I was rather concerned about the practice that the access code for the lock is sent out only at 3pm on the arrival day; for travelers without cellular service in Italy that is a worry, but we had wifi on the train, so everything worked out well. We came with the vaporetto, five minutes walking from the station: no problem. "Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids. "

"This home is perfectly located with restaurants, grocery store and the canals all around. We could walk to everything easily. We loved the view from the windows of the canals. Two bathrooms was convenient. The home is small but fit everything we needed. The host was helpful, and attentive."

Communication with the host was an issue for me for the following reasons: it turned out there was paperwork to fill out (contract and document verification) which I ended up doing last minute on my phone while traveling, even though I had asked the host to send me any instructions earlier and I would have much preferred to fill out this paperwork on my desktop from home. In addition, I made a mistake in booking and...

"Overall it was a good stay. The only problem was that the bedding provided was a very thin bed cover and we were all quite cold overnight."

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was comfortable even more so once we worked the central heating out. Breakfast selection was very good although the "hot" food was barely warm and consisted only of scrambled egg and small pieces of bacon."
