"Hotel is in a good location right near city centre, shops close by and bus stops. Bedroom was nice especially the bed very comfortable and the shower was great. A bit surprised they did not have a fridge in the room but apart from that everything was there and they supplied fresh water bottle everyday. Friendly staff and overall nice and clean."

Restaurants and bars close by. No charge to leave bags prior to booking but a charge to leave them on the last day!! Lift was not working properly when we were there. They have a WhatsApp chat but nobody replies"

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming, including Dagmar the bar maid. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment hence the 3star for facilities, however the place is spotless. We were given room 407 and it was spacious and perfect. Breakfast was very good with a vast range of choices all freshly cooked. Breakfast staff were also very good, keeping everything clean and replenished. Thank you gasworks we look forward to coming back to see the updated refurbishments. "
