"The hotel was nice and clean the staff were friendly and helpful the area was great plenty of restaurants and near to railway stations and bull ring shopping centre and markets "

"Absolutely brilliant from arrival to departure.The only issue was my partner dropped me off for less than a minute outside the hotel main entrance and then had to pay £5 to drive out .We feel that whilst being dropped off there should be no charge for hotel guests. "
