"Had a wonderful time at Four Seasons Macau. What made the trip exceptional was Nana from Guest Relations team and her colleagues. After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. She arranged a celebration cake for my father’s birthday which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!"

"While it is not the newest, St Regis remains true to its 5* rating of being excellent in service. The room is still large and perhaps my only complaint would be the shower door would still allow water to splash to the outside. "

"Every hotel staff I have met treat you like a valued customer. They are genuinely interested to offer you the best service and travel advice. I am really looking forward to return to this hotel somewhere day. Unfortunately, I don't enjoy some perks because I don't visit the casinos. But the shopping across the bridge in Venetian is simply outstanding. The gym facilities and staff including free yoga and body training classes were simply something I have not expected before in any other hotels and cruises! I wish I had booked for a longer stay. I stayed only 3 nights because most reviews suggest a shorter stay."

"We had an enjoyable stay at Grand Coloane. The room is very nice and spacious. Service is excellent, great breakfast spread. Serene surroundings by the water. There is a shuttle bus to the Grand Lisboa hotel. Overall a nice hotel if you’re looking for a more quiet atmosphere."

"I had a wonderful stay at Studio City Hotel and would highly recommend it! The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for two people. We were pleasantly surprised to find free snacks like Oreos, Calbee biscuits, and M&M chocolates, as well as complimentary drinks, including Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Macau beer, and herbal tea. A nice touch was the free-flow plain water available at all times. The bed was incredibly large and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic—right above Don Don Donki for convenient shopping, and there was a stunning, clear view of the Macau Eiffel Tower from our room. Unfortunately, we had an issue with a clogged toilet bowl, but the cleaner promptly attended to it and resolved the problem immediately. One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful surprise the hotel arranged for us. We mentioned that we were there to celebrate our anniversary, and they prepared a beautiful rose along with a delicious cheesecake with red velvet inside. They also arranged a lovely flower bed display, which my husband and I truly appreciated. The front desk staff was polite, friendly, and very welcoming, making us feel at home. Additionally, the hotel offers shuttle buses to various places, which makes getting around extremely convenient. It’s also within walking distance to major malls like The Venetian Macao, The Londoner, Wynn Palace, and City of Dreams."
