Spacious apartment great location and view
Clean, modern, spacious apartment with a great view across the river and city. Well equipped kitchen and supplies. Hot water works. Mattress uncomfortable. 45 steps and stairs up from the street on 3rd floor - no elevator. Building in neglected maintenance. Stairwell dark, dirty, and not secure. Apartment itself is secure but not ideal for emergency vacating in case of fire.
