This two room apartment with one-bedroom-consists of a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and a sofa-bed for two persons (1m60 x2m00) and one extra bed.
A large bed (1m60 x 2m00) dominates the master bedroom and has airconditioning.
Both the living room and the master bedroom have a magnificent view on the bay and the island of La Gomera and La Palma and El Hierro. The big corner terrace is accessible by these two rooms and the frontal and side terrace can be seperated by a door in glass.
The bathroom has a sink, a douche with massage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hotplates and large oven, separate microwave oven, big fridge with seperate freezer, watercooker, coffeemaker, toaster, double sink and drainer. There is cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. planned for 8 people.
Cooking pots, glass dishes, blender, coffee maker.
The large LED-TV has in addition to the digital channels (DVB) also an integrated satellite receiver, and thus also the conventional satellite channels. Additionally, there is DVD-player with severak films and your desired movies can also be played via the USB connection.

The apartment has his own internetconnection and fast WiFi is available in the whole apartment with no datalimit.

The apartment is well located in the heart of Playa Paraiso, a resort which has everything.

The apartmentblock has many facilities including a large swimming pool with sundeck, on site bar and restaurants, large public areas, 24 hour security and reception, CCTV and nearby there are many shops and bars. There are quite a few hotel complexes including a 5 star seafront hotel so it is an up and coming area.
Playa Paraiso has recently been given a new beach area which is only minutes away from Paraiso del Sur.

Somewhat disappointing
Although the property met our basic needs it did not match the description on website or meet our expectations. The view from the balcony was superb, however, property quite shoddy & in need of some maintenance, pictures showed more than enough storage space but most of it was taken up with the owner’s own property, no fire extinguisher, shower lights not working. bed linen in poor condition, cushions & pillows ripped, no key provided for back entrance to the beach, most facilities advertised on site such as shop & restaurant not actually available.

Fantastic views from this 11th story apartment with wonderful wrap around balcony. Lovely swimming pool with sunbeds but no soft mattresses. Great location on the strip with bars and restaurants. Certain parts of the Apartment rather cluttered with to many personal bits which impacted our own storage a lot of the accessories for personal use old and well worn. Certain cleaning aspects on arrival not up to our satisfaction. With a bit more attention to detail this apartment could be 5 star

The amazing views don't lie!
Lovely property ideally situated in the heart of Playa Paraiso, opposite the Hard Rock Hotel, with, shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Well furnished and perfect for our needs, the apartmernt has two balconies so which ever way the wind may be blowing you will always be sheltered. Huge thank you to Christine, the property manager, for the airport transfers and useful tips and information. One thing I will say is that the pool is unheated which is probably fine during the summer but not so welcoming in April :-) Definitely would recommend 100% and looking forward to returning hopefully one day!

Great condo and location
I absolutely loved my 10 days in this VRBO! With the corner condo you could literally listen to the music of the hotel next door on one side. Then close the door and open the other balcony door to hear completely different music. All music shut down by 10pm on the nose most nights 11pm other nights. So not an all night party that keeps you up. The condo had everything I needed, although there is no dryer, there is a close line on the balcony. Grocery and shopping mall less than 5 minute walk - it looks farther, but very close. Kitchen stocked with all cookware and even staples like sugar, flour, oil and vinegar. Super easy using the pick-up service to get keys and right to condo and was actually cheaper than a taxi. There is one king bed and the living room has a trundle pop-up to make a bed. I wouldn't say it sleeps 5 adults, but if 3 are children/teens it could. I will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity to return to Tenerife!

This was an ideal apartment in an area with great restaurants,shops and nightlife.A really nice swimming pool and public transport just outside the gate!Christine the property manager is the best, she will give you any and all the information that you will need and then some ! She was a great help to us during our visit , she knows the island really well ,and will give you any advice you need ! You will enjoy renting through her !

Communication was great from the owner Eddy and from Christine who looks after the Appartment. On arriving in Tenerife Christine collected us from the airport and took us to the apartment showing us everything it made it all so easy she also took us back to the airport brilliant Lovely apartment everything you could need and more,it was lovely and clean and the views were fantastic,with 2 balconies both with fantastic sea views. We had a really good stay in this apartment. The views from the 2 balconies were outstanding.
Our first visit to Tenerife was rewarded by an apartment with amazing views and spacious very comfortable accommodation. Starting each day with a balcony breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Playa Paraiso is a small but friendly resort with walks on the coastal path directly in front of you. There are buses regularly to Costa Adeje or further away. We like to tour around new places and hired a car for the whole stay. Parking can be a bit problematic as it’s street parking where you can find it. There are a few local Restaurant's La Tarazza we found to be a friendly pizza/ pasta Resturant with some good dishes. Traveling a little further to La Caleta 10 mins drive, you will find delicious fish seafood Restaurants of a high quality where you dine in a lovely harbour setting. Travelling around the island we found many lovely places. Los Gigantes , Playa Santiago, Porto de la Cruz being a few. The highlight for us was our drive and cable car ride to the top of Mount Teide an amazing experience where the landscape is so contrasting. We found shopping near the apartment easy at Hippo Dino and there is a Lidl by theTf-1 major road 5 mins away. The UK TV package kept freezing for us which we were told was due to the weather conditions but it worked fine for other guests.

Apartment is perfect. The views are absolutely stunning. You have everything you need in the apartment, including dishwasher. Internet is super fast. We got the tv package which was excellent, plenty of our channels, movies etc. Pool area is immaculate and well maintained, perfect temperature. Plenty sun beds and never too busy. Overall a perfect stay.

Brilliant apartment
My husband and I have just returned from this great apartment for the second time, it has everything you need for a great holiday. The views from the balcony are amazing with wonderful sunsets. We hope to return again soon. If you need transfers from the airport Eric provides a great service.

Thoroughly enjoyable
We had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment. If you are looking for a quiet resort away from the hustle and bustle then this is the apartment for you. It's very well equipped with beautiful views from the 11th floor. Supermarket and bus stop a 2 minute walk. We were able to purchase all the English TV channels for 20 euros. Eric, who meets and greets is very helpful. The Hard Rock Hotel is nearby for evening entertainment. The British pub on the ground floor do good value Sunday roasts and other English food.

Really recommend the apartment we had a great time. We didn't explore buses but there are buses into Los cristanious I think take 30 minutes. Best to have a car and highly recommend El Medano. Parking is only available on street from apartment but we could always find space. Great location, apartment is great and has everything :-) pool is brilliant . Probably more suited for adults and was perfect for us as a couple getaway very relaxing and lovely having sun on the balcony of an evening watching the sea and letting the world go by with a cuppa! Thanks for a great stay

Rather a tired looking apartment
Although the apartment had everything in We were disappointed with the standard, the bathroom was not very well cleaned. We found the balcony very small & not big enough to enjoy relaxing out there; I was quite surprised nobody had mentioned the building work going on which was very noisy during the day; also one of the sun loungers was broken & again not cleaned, as we paid a cleaning fee this needs to be looked at. I would definitely not recommend young children in the apartment as there are no safety precautions on the balcony (quite scary) We found a couple of good restaurants near worth a visit. Would be good for the owner to leave more information in the apartment on places to eat & visit.

ENJOYED OUR TIME AT THIS APARTMENT, THE DOWN SIDE WAS THERE WAS NO ENGLISH SPEAKING CHANNELS ON THE TV TO KEEP US UP TO DATE ON CURRENT NEWS AT HOME IN THE UK. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH CLOSING ONE OF THE BALCONY DOORS. OTHER THAN THAT WE HAD A NICE STAY.

This apartment was fantastic for a chilled out week! We spent most of our time on the balcony which had the sunshine from 9am to sunset (January)! The apartment is well equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay. We couldn’t fault it and can’t wait to book again!

Fantastic views an quite location
We enjoyed our holiday ! We loved the fantastic view and the peace. Words can hardly describe this, but the photos speak for themselves. The double terrace was really blissful because you could choose both in the morning and in the afternoon for the sun or shade, with or without wind. The glass partition door is a big plus. The apartment has everything you need and the towels and sheets on the bed are a nice addon. Playa Paraiso is not big but everything is there, such as the numerous restaurants, pubs and shops. Also a good bus connection and taxis are available at the entrance of the complex (day and night). Parking was no problem on the side of the street or a bit further on a parking lot. Unloading and loading of the car was possible by asking the 24 / 24h security. The wireless internet was extremely fast so streaming was no problem. We were able to view our own TV channels over the internet here. We have also opted for the option to receive the channels from home directly on the TV via the existing pay-TV offered as an option. For 20.00 € / month extra you can watch your entire West European channels, but you have to ask in advance. We will definitely return to this fantastically located apartment

Excellent views and lovely spacious apartment. Ideally situated for exploring the area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week and found the booking/ communication prior to our visit very quick, efficient and helpful. The apartment is lovely and spacious with FANTASTIC views over the sea. Great to have 2 balconies one in the sun and the other in the shade what more could you want!!! I would just suggest the outside loungers need a really good clean and the cushions need to be washed or replaced (preferably the latter). Also the shower although working well it could have done with a really thorough clean. These were the only niggles on an otherwise perfect property. We found Costa Adeje to be a lovely quiet resort which we loved to come back to in the evenings after visiting the busier more commercial areas!!! Thank You.

Lovely apartment
We visited this apartment in July 2017. The apartment is very well equipped with all you need and more to enjoy a great holiday. As seen in the ad the views are amazing. The area was good, but needed more for children in my opinion. However for English guests we found the Eldon pub which was in the same building as the apartment, they served. Lovely meals and were very friendly people. We also visited the Britannia which had darts and pool which our family enjoyed most nights. We also got a thi to play de las Americas which cost us €20 for 5, there are buses but we didn't use them so couldn't tell you the cost. In las Americas you have beautiful sandy beach with sun loungers lots of places to eat and shop. There is also McDonald's should you want it. All in all a great holiday. Just to add the apartment had grea wifi which was a god send for my teenagers.
