"This is our third visit to Saletoga, and we were in the same Villa we had been in the past, which is now looking and feeling tired. Beds were uncomfortable, and small repair jobs needed to be completed, broken fan face (still operational) broken soap shelf detail (still usable). Small detail, toilet roll not replaced on arrival. "Lovely beach fales on the beach front. Perfect location. Food was really yummy and plenty offered. Mary was amazing she really made my stay enjoyable. There were no basic toiletries including soap in the bathrooms which was not good. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. Very beautiful location and close to lots of attractions. Highly recommend this accommodation. Take snacks and own soap! "

"Staying in a fale overlooking the beach and ocean is an incredible experience I will never forget. Falling asleep to the waves crashing and star lit night sky was perfect. Mosquito net provided for the real deal. Takes 2-3 hours from the airport. Simple dinner and breakfast. Staff very warm and welcoming. "We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time. "

"This was delightful hotel, a bit quirky and out of the way, but the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and food tasty. The whole place could do with a bit of TLC and the menu updated as several choices were unavailable all week. That said, for a locally owned and run hotel it’s a bit of a gem and any faults forgiven as the staff are so good. Please visit!"

"Stayed in a beach Fales and was amazing. Right on the beach the sea underneath us at high tide. Back to basics loved the experience glamping the Samoan way. Star gazing and listening to the waves at night. Beautiful sunrise in the morning and watching the wildlife wake up. Good amenities and food was sort of ok.
