"The hotel boasted pictures online of beautiful, nice rooms but we did not get what we expected. Because we opted for a more cost effective room, we were put in a small cell of a space outside the main castle which felt neither charming or friendly. The walls were bare and dingy and had holes. There were no windows or air conditioning units so we had to sleep with our door open to get fresh air which made us feel uncomfortable. "The hotel in overall is great. Clean and modern. I have to mention that to wait for check in took 15mins and the same for check out with only one person behind the desk. We had breakfast which is very poor and for the price it’s ridiculous. 9am and no eggs , no bacon, no pancakes, the only juice available was orange. I have to say very disappointed!
