I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for a work trip and had a great experience. Though my stay was short, the staff was pleasant, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I had a seamless check in and check out.

Hotel is located near (walking distance) a shopping center. Room was clean and quiet. Bathroom should have been renovated though. Real turnoff, the hotel advertise EV charging stations on site. There was like 6 of them but none was working. I had to go to the shopping center accross the street to get a charge at Tesla.

We arrived at our room at 9:30 pm, was told by housekeeping to lower our voices, quiet time was at 10. Breakfast was chaotic as there was nothing ready and one particular staff member came at my husband, yelling and screaming because he asked when it was going to be ready. We complained to front desk, but they didn’t do anything about it. I’ve stayed at other properties, this one was terrible.

Was in great location close to mall, Rooms were quiet noisy though as you heard people in corridors easily but didn't hear much noise from outside. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom

Worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. Bathroom and vanity were tiny. One night,from 10:pm till midnight kids ran up and down the halls banging on doors. Man yelling in parking lot. Motorcycles racing up and down streets all night.
