"Jo and Gracie's flat is beautifully decorated to be a cosy home away from home. All the little details are included from coffee and tea to fresh flowers and lots of comfy cushions. The flat is close to coffee shops and eateries and in walking distance of the train station and high street buses. It is also within easy access of a play park and other delights to entertain young children. "The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

"I was disappointed in the area, was expecting it to be nicer since it is so close to the airport. Finding buses, train etc was good. The accommodations was not as expected as advertised on the website. Communication with the rental office is only by email."

"Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. "
