"We rented a villa which was very close to the sea but as patio doors had no screen, we could never let the doors open. Room was poorly decorated but otherwise very clean. The site is beautiful, however it has no beach and had only one access to the see. The food was disapponting, below standard for that type of resort. Will not return."

"Beautiful hotel but no air conditioning and no wifi in the room, front desk staff didn’t care about out comfort whatsoever. Absolutely worst experience we had in several years. I would definitely not recommend this hotel or using Hotels.com, their site is not accurate and they don’t seem to care either."

"We tried booking at the Alacart restaurants our first day and nothing available, very unfortunate. Also our patio smelled like cat urine, so bad you couldn’t sit outside. Every day cat prints on our outside patio furniture. Overall the property was well maintained."

"The staff were always friendly, yet always professional. Beautiful hotel and environment. The food in the restaurant was incredibly good, with excellent service. Somewhere to eat in the evening with a more relaxed atmosphere would have been nice. Walking into Cefalu isn't such an issue. Parts of the road arent paved, parts are. Just be careful and you can cut down a side street to take you onto the beach road. Takes about 40minutes walking Would I go back. Definitely !! "
