"What a gem! Hotel Universo was a real pleasure to stay at. The facilities and amenities are updated, modern and well appointed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Special note of appreciation to Martin (Front Desk) who was able to make an adjustment to my booking to ensure my stay went well. "Hotel was stunning from outside, nice facilities near by, train station at door step and metro just 10 minute walk away. Rooms were very spacious however one bathroom was missing a lock and the handle broke off on second day which doesn’t reflect the cost of room very well. Big variation for breakfast buffet, great check in and check out times compared to other places. Staff were very friendly too."

"This hotel was much more up to date than any other hotel we stayed in throughout Italy. It is very convenient to Roma Termini and the staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge services seemed to be great. We were only there for one night before we left Italy to return to the US but I would have used their tour booking and restaurant recommendations if we’d stayed there when we arrived in Rome. "

"One of the best places I’ve stayed at. Most of the staff were really welcoming and friendly ( I say most because there was one security guard who was quite rude to me when I was asking for help). There are also lots of cats on the property (I think they’re wild) which made my stay so much better. I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Rome. Transport to Rome is excellent as well. "

"All perfect!!! Checked in very late tonight so I haven’t seen the surroundings, but the convenience of being inside the Milan MALPENSA airport makes the surroundings irrelevant. The front desk staff and the person who brought me in a wheelchair to my beautiful room were very caring since I had been traveling for 25 hoyes"
