"Our stay was wonderful due to friendly staff. Our room which was a suite was not . The couch was stained , white curtain behind the desk dirty along with the glass door. The carpet was worn torn in some areas and the shower needs a serious update. The drain in the shower did not drain well with standing water after the shower . Again it was close to main points and the staff was great !"

"Phi hotel is right in the heart of the old town, within a few minutes walk to the main square. We stayed at an annexed apartment that's really spacious, with a kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms. "Excellent location, room is big enough, bed is really comfortable, breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I've had in Italy, my only issue was with the air conditioner that wouldn't turn on at first, then someone from the lobby helped me get it running but after about 1-2 hours it went back to not working, left the window open (thankfully the temperature was good outside) but then the noise grows exponentially which makes it a bit difficult to fall asleep."
