"This hotel went above and beyond. The staff waited after hours for my party to arrive and then called to ensure I was still coming. When I told them I wouldn't be there till 4am they surprised me and said they could make arrangements so I could still stay. The location is beautiful and I will be staying again soon."

It is also very near to other restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to shopping. We found it very easy to get around the town without transportation and had a fantastic stay. "I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US.
