"This property is beautiful. We had a comfortable king bed and the bathroom was huge and moderm. Love that they provide robes and slippers. On the website the pictures are the main hotel. Our room was across the street (Diana Collection) which we were surprised why we are not in the main hotel. I was told they have 3 building. "Fabulous location hotel very good but we did not get the room that we thought we had booked and instead got a 3rd floor room that required stairs. As I have mobility problems this did not suit so we were offered the only other available room which was a cheaper room with no balcony. The hotel offered a free breakfast for our stay and after much battling hotel.com refunded us 15% by way of compensation "

"Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money. Plenty of eating places just outside so don’t bother paying for it. Overall 4...
