"Plan to stay only for 3 nights. However, the staffs hospitality win my hearts and continue another 2 more days. Shout out to Mr. Annas, Ms. Judith, Mr. Fa fa and Ms. Alicia for their attentiveness, professionalism and excellent hospitality. Room is big and clean. Breakfast have lots choices. Location is very strategic."

" Great Breakfast, But Rooms Need an Update I recently stayed at The Westin Jakarta, and while my overall experience was positive, there were a few aspects that stood out for different reasons. Let me start with the highlight of my stay—the breakfast buffet. It was absolutely fantastic! There was an incredible variety of dishes, and I was thrilled to find a South Indian food selection as well. The quality of the food was excellent, and the options catered to various tastes, making breakfast one of the best parts of my experience. However, when it comes to the rooms, I found the interior to be quite outdated. Although the room was clean and comfortable, the decor felt like it belonged to an older hotel. The furnishings and overall ambiance gave off a somewhat tired feel, and I believe the rooms could benefit from a modern refresh to match the high standards of the hotel’s other offerings. While The Westin Jakarta still offers a comfortable stay, especially with its amazing breakfast, I think a room upgrade would make it an even"

"Staff are very polite and breakfast spread is good. Aside some lighting features not working in the room, everything else is fine. This hotel would be suitable if you’re attending a conference here or have meetings with clients in nearby offices. But if you’re expecting major malls to be close by, you’ll have to hail a taxi or Grab (highly recommended) to get around town."
