"The rooms were dirty and old, I know because I had to change my room 3 times. I even paid for an upgrade to a suite because I thought it might be nicer, but it wasn't. The air conditioning didn't work in 2 rooms. They tried to fix both but it still didn't work. The staff was nice but the hotel rooms are old, smelly and gross. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!"

"Luxury in the midst of a poor area. Close to many key locations. Staff are amazing! They go the extra mile for you! They took me across the road to a mini mart for shopping. I’ve seen some reviews stating the rooms are small and yes this is slightly correct but I think they’re good enough to accomodate a couple! The design, fresh look and the brand new design is evident. The buffet is diverse and covering a multitude of cuisines. Would definitely recommend! "
