"This is a good basic spot for two people. Basically, its a small hotel room w mini fridge, kuerig coffee machine and small microwave. Bathroom and shower is very large! Since its just me for work travel I would have no issues staying here again. Close to a few restaurants and not much further is Bridge St where all restaurants and shops are located. Very good communication with owner during stay. You have to walk up two flights of stairs since elevator is out of order. Parking is very limited...

"We were pleasantly surprised upon check in. It was everything we hoped it would be. Perfect location for 2. Everyone nearby was so nice, couldn't beat the closeness to the beach and THOSE SUNSETS. "My stay was during the worse weather week of the season, cold and wet. Nonetheless the pleasant and comfortable surroundings made relaxing enjoyable. Great views through the raindrops. Comfortable furniture and quality amenities. There is construction going on in the complex but that did not disturb me."

"This is a great property. Right on the beach, the condo, while small, has everything you need. It was immaculate and Kimberly left a very nice welcoming bag of goodies. Numerous places to eat within walking distance and just a block from a trolley stop. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo and would certainly stay here again. "

"We had an excellent experience. Stayed here with our kids ages 4 and 6. Appreciated the beach toys, beach chairs and few floaties provided for use. Can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Kids loved the pool too and we had it to ourselves everyday. You have to climb 2 flights of stairs to this unit but it was not bad at all. We arrived at midnight and our door access code did not work. I called the energy line and they reset the door code and got us in within minutes. Would definitely stay here...

"We had a great stay at this property! The location was perfect, and it was very clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for our family. We really appreciated the comfortable layout and the convenience of everything nearby. The only minor issues were that there could have been more bath towels available, and the primary mattress was a bit softer than we'd prefer. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again!"
