"This property was amazing! The rooms were all bigger than I could judge by the photos. The living space and high ceilings lent themselves to having all of us around and feeling spacious. With a games room, jacuzzi and beach outside the door even in November this was a perfect stay. We made many really happy family memories over our long weekend. "

"The property is truly wonderful, in outstanding condition with comfy beds, excellent in suite baths in 3 of the 4 large bedrooms and the 4th is a short distance and large with a tub and shower. "From start to finish we had a wonderful family time this Thanksgiving in Rustington. We were so close to Waitrose, the butcher and the local Turner Pies which made shopping for our holiday feast fantastic. All kitchen supplies were there and ready. We learned how to cook a “spatchcocked” turkey to fit in the smaller double oven. Delicious! The beds are key for me as are the linens. Here all were fresh and clean and pillows were very comfortable with a variety of softness. The whole place is new...
