"Lovely clean property with lots of space and rooms. Gardens beautiful and accessible with seating. Adults and children really enjoyed our stay however having tv in the reception rooms downstairs would have been ideal. Kitchen was really well stocked with cutlery And plates but there was no basics like salt pepper oil etc. Overall lovely family home. plat3s"

"The railway carriage was a lovely place for my dog and I to call home while we visited friends in Newcastle. Great walks on the doorstep and Newcastle is deceptively easy to get to.We visited the Column to Liberty at Gibside today that we could see from our window. Very well equipped for such a cosy space and the treats were much appreciated. Thank you "

"We had a wonderful stay at Settlers lodge. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped! Loved seeing the squirrels around the garden! Set in a great area for walking and exploring. "A very clean, spacious property. Small sitting out area at the back and small garden at the front. But, cross the road and you're on the beach. Fantastic situation and fantastic views from the house along the coast to the lighthouse. Excellent beach for children. Dogs are allowed on several areas of the beaches as well. We had a couple of dogs with us and they loved it! The beaches were kept clean, which is important when children are playing on it. Good area with lots of places to visit...
