"We spent our Christmas and New year in this hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly, message them online for our needs and we’re responded quickly. Walkable distance to London Eye, Big Ben, waterloo train station and tube, super convenient location. Will definitely book again next time when we visit London!"

"The location and price for this hotel was great. You have a tube stop right across the street, Hyde park, two museums and great shopping all within walking distance. The road noise can be a little loud sometimes, so if you can get a room on a higher floor you might be better off. We also ate dinner 1 night at the Secret Garden restaurant in a dome. That was pretty cool and the food was pretty good. Fun experience "

"Short stay on a work trip. It is very relaxing and welcoming. Safari themed rooms add to the relaxing atmosphere. A place to visit with the kids and family. Ample free parking, the restaurants serve tasty meals. Mostly buffet breakfast however a few times it has been table d'hote. "

"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"
