"Loved the Park Plaza. Great location and facilities and helpful staff. Therexwete too many vehicles parked out front but everything else about the hotel was perfect."

"Danny the doorman was especially helpful but as a whole the staff was very good. The rooms were clean but the carpet, drapes, mattress and bedding all are in desperate condition. The one slight staff oversight was upon check out. She asked how the stay was and I mentioned the mattress and bedding and didn’t receive any response at all. Don’t ask if you don’t want to know. "

"Cancelled our break with only 2 weeks notice! Very difficult to rebook with such short notice around the Christmas period! "

"The stay was good. The staff were amazing. Food was excellent. My children enjoyed the stay. Any concern we raised was sorted within a short period of time. I would not heistate to come again or refer to anyone ."

"Nice hotel with lovely spa and pool facilities. Breakfast was good too. York town centre is walkable but cheap Uber too if required "

"Absolutely brilliant stay as a family with a 3 year old. We dined in at the buffet (a scary notion for a coeliac), the staff made me a pizza to order to ensure I wasn’t ill and also did the same with my breakfast in the morning. They have allergy matrix out and as soon as I said coeliac they were all exceedingly accommodating and mentioned cross contamination before I could. It genuinely felt like they cared. We couldn’t have asked for more!"
