"Property is very clean, spacious and only 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk. There is an excellent restaurant right next door. The third bedroom is a bit of an oddity--it is a small room with stacked washer & dryer and a private bathroom. We would stay there again."

"Everything was great. Check in and communication with the property owner was great. We were weary of using the upstairs bathroom as there was obvious plumbing issues from the wet stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. Nothing noticeably wet. We just used the bathroom downstairs for the duration of our stay. The condo was clean and big. Pictures online absolutely did it justice. True to size in the photos. "There was a mixup in the dates reserved where the stay requested was longer than the intended days. Thought everything was ok after speaking with the host and Vrbo immediately after the booking stating the issue. The intent was to change the date to the correct date and not be charged for the day we were not staying The end result was a refusal from the host to credit the day submitted in error and not used even after contacting them prior of the inadvertent date.
