"Stayed in Premium room with 2 twin beds.... very spacious, quiet and clean room with nice view of the city on the 13th floor. Separate toilet/bath area very large as well. Very quick and efficient checkin. Checkin/checkout Staff was very efficient, friendly and professional and all spoke very good english (by japanese standard)... which is likely why there is a larger percentage of western/european tourist. We stayed for 2 nights and purchased the half board plan (buffet breakfast and dinner)....

"This was a fabulous apartment. It was next to the red light district but like the rest of Japan it was perfectly safe. The one criticism was the access arrangements. There was some difficulty getting a pre arrival booking form which allowed their automated system to send the check in details. We literally only got that when we arrived at the front door. Would definitely stay here again if in Hiroshima. "

"The hotel overlooked the river which was nice! Room had blackout curtains. No bed bugs (a must as I have gotten them in previous hotels). Not a bad walk to Hiroshima station. Shower had good pressure. TV - all in Japanese so didn’t bother with it. The bed was a nice size and not too uncomfortable! "

"The appartment was great value, at times I found myself thinking "I wish this was my place". I regret not being able to stay there longer. The only two faults I had with the property were that: 1. -The lounge chair was low and it was hard to get up off/out of. I kept the fold up stool next to it as a work-around. Still a very comfortable chair though. 2. -The airconditioner was a bit noisey, like a propellor plane. I just had the temp set on low and when the room cooled down I could switch it...
