This was the ideal property to catch our Norwegian Cruise. We could see our cruise ship parked right from our window. We were treated with grace and kindness. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

We stayed two days after our cruise trip. The location is excellent for us to get off the ship and walk over to the hotel. Shopping and restaurants are all around the area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Comfortable room, quiet, attentive, staff, great breakfast. However, it looks like it could use some paint. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit, which is annoying. It would get real cold and then it would get real hot.

We’ve stayed at M Social before and have always been impressed by the friendly service, clean and modern rooms and facilities, and comfy beds. The hotel has a great view of the harbor and is in a good location near shops, restaurants, and the ferry and boat tours. The Auckland M Social was excellent and the food was fresh, quickly served, and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Abbas was very thoughtful!

This hotel has a distinct style and they do it well! Having read reviews about the great staff before my stay, I was still surprised by their friendliness and attention to detail. The Loaded option is great and the perks are well worth the extra cost. The harbour view was even better than expected. I can’t wait to return!
