"Ticks all the boxes for an airport hotel. All services and staff in the hotel itself are excellent. But the shuttle service is quirky with poor instructions about airport pick up location for unfamiliar guests Shuttle service seems also to be involved in pick up and drop off of private tours, creating confusion for those awaiting transportation to the airport. In my experience the driver was worse than useless in explaining which bus was private and which was the airport shuttle. "

"Front desk is accommodating to store luggage before our room is ready as well as after we check out. Located 12 minutes from 99 Quay Street where we get on the cruise ship. Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, Queen Street with brand name shops."

"Stay was wonderful. Bedding was good. Room was spacious and bathroom clean and adequate. The only thing i was surprised is with parking fee of $10NZD per day. Either it was not mentioned or i didn't read the fine print. "

"Tried to arrange for a shuttle from the domestic terminal. No one answered when I called. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and well appointed. Bed was v comfortable. Staff were pleasant. "
