"Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean. They only clean your room/apartment 1x 3 days so be aware of that. They will/can clean it more often for free upon request. Nice breakfast buffet but it's at an extra cost but I think it's worth it. The only complaint is (this is NOT the Hotels issue) it's rather a hike to go to the main downtown area, so be aware of it. The transit situation is awesome so to make life easier familiarize and use the system. This hotel is within a 5 minute walk of the main train terminal. "

"Great place to stay. English is widely spoken which is a plus. Hotel location very convenient to local buses and trams. Also very easy to walk to museums and cafes. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and staff was very accommodating. We had connecting rooms which worked well for us and our preteen/teen. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Balint at the restaurant was especially helpful and gracious. We plan on returning to Vienna and will certainly consider staying here again. "
