"Stayed one night before our trip. It’s very much a budget hotel. The food was lovely, staff too, but the room was tiny. Anyone bigger than my size would struggle as there was just no space on a ridiculous level. The bed was very comfy, spotlessly clean and the double glazing was excellent, heard no traffic or planes at all. I might stay again as all I have to comment on is how small the room was, everything else was very good "

"The building, both inside and out, is stunning. The lobby area is absolutely gorgeous. The attached restaurant and pub, The Refuge, was top class and a lot of fun. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I did get a very creepy feeling later that evening from our room and the hallway. I asked the receptionist if the place was haunted. She said, "oh yeah, but mostly in the second floor". We were on the third, so no worries. I love quirky places anyhow. It was overall an amazing stay....
