"無料駐車場エリアに徒歩５分もあれば到着できます。夕方６時から朝の８時までの時間限定だった記憶。 チェックイン時間２２時までフロントに人がいるのが好印象。 キッチンもそこそこ使いやすい。大体どこでもそうだけど、ナイフの切れ味がすこぶる悪い。フライパンに合うサイズの蓋がないので、二つのフライパンをくっつくけて利用しました。　ワイングラスはありません。マグカップを利用しました。冷蔵庫がめっちゃ並んでいて使いやすかった。名前を書いて貼るためのシールみたいなものはありませんでした。シャワーはフロアに一つずつあるのかな？フロアは５-６部屋くらいあったと思う。トイレはフロアに３つくらい。それなりに清潔に保たれていた。利用者のマナーによるところもあると思うけど。 コンセントも複数あり、Ｗｉ-Ｆｉも快適。立地もいいので、また利用したい宿だった。唯一の難点は、食堂の殺風景さ。交流もし辛いしちょっと寂しい感じ。"

"Was happy with the staff at United..unfortunately not so impressed with 'wotif' ( third party booking ).. Got to United only to find there was no room available ( one i had book 2 months in advance)..Had booking references Numbers and whats more ..i actually rang the hotel 2 minutes after i had made the booking ( just to confirm) and they said yes all is fine?? After a 45 minute wait while staff located us a room we had somewhere to stay..( myself and my two sons) one of which was flying out...

"We booked this property because it was a handy location, unfortunately we had also booked it because it said we could have 3 separate beds and because I was booking it for 3 students that didn't really know each other it was appropriate they have their own beds. I have just been told they were only provided with a double and single bed. This has put me in a rather awkward position. They were not confident to ask for this to be changed."

"The most disappointing thing about this place was the bathroom facilities. There was mould everywhere in the shower - up the walls, on the ceiling. The shower curtain looked liked it hadn't been changed in decades...it was scary to touch. The place also smelled of cigarettes....not very pleasant. While it is a hostel, I have certainly stayed in better hostels both in Auckland and major cities around the world. By far the worst hostel I have stayed in."

"We had a great stay. Our trip was split into two parts and we had the studio room for the first part and the one bedroom for the second part. The kitchenette and laundry facility included with the rooms are great. Plenty of space. Next to Myers Park and easy walking distance to the airport bus and other public transport links. Plenty of restaurants nearby. We would consider staying here again when we come back to Auckland. "
