"Gorgeous room! Really state of the art technology for the lights, do not disturb, and requesting turn down service. Really love the chromecast feature for the tv and the bed feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud. Absolutely enjoyed our stay there. "

"We were very happy with our stay. Super convenient from the airport (we took the very short bus ride). We easily fit 4 of us (including our bags and a travel crib for our youngest) for one night. It was a bit tight perhaps but totally fine. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again."

"Very good tourist hotel. Service and staff were marvelous. They worked hard to exceed service levels. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive. The only negative I have to offer about the property itself is the harsh direct lighting in the rooms. It would have been much better to have some table lamps for the night stands and the desk. The hotel is wedged between the redeveloped waterfront (good) and the hostelries and low-end shops catering to younger, less affluent travelers (not so great)....

"The rooms are tad outdated and needs new carpet and furniture. Otherwise nice , quiet and comfortable place to spend few nights . Breakfast is excellent with good menu . Staff are friendly and hard working. "

"there are two different sets of elevators. One of which we took was for a different company which we were not aware of and have not been alerted by the hotel staff. Embarrassing enough we were greeted by the staff who was so kind in guiding us to the right elevator for hotel guess."

"Property is super clean and nice perfect for our little stay only thing I’d say was I requested to pay $50 for a 3pm check out but when I went in they had no idea what I was speaking about and said they can only do 12pm for free which is Algood but then we were called the next morning asking why we hadn’t checked out yet which we had to explain ourselves a little annoying and also don’t offer something you can’t offer. "

"Room was clean and bright Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed.. lots of extras like a toothbrush, razor comb. Breakfast was excellent too. Finally, it was close for our cruise ship departure but close to shops and restaurants too. "

"The beds were sooooo comfortable!!!! Better than home which was so welcome after our ling journey. Terrific location. Walkable to everything and the waterfront. Easy access to Hop On Hop Offs. We enjoyed the suite with 2 bedrooms for 2 couples sharing. Great value!"
