"I will stay here every time I am in the Albany area. I am comfortable with the proximity to everything Albany with the location being somewhat secluded and off the beaten path. The staff that I encountered were polite and helpful. Everything about this property is well thought out and very functional. Well done Hilton!"

"Great service and facility. Casino is large and people are courteous. The shuttle is only operating Friday and Saturday at the moment but all day and into the night. It’s not a walkable area but cab to downtown is cheap. 👍👍 Two thumbs up!!"
