"Feldon Valley is a beautiful place to stay if you’re wanting to explore some of The Cotswold villages. Or if you’re into golfing! The restaurant is a must at least one night of your stay. "We loved the idea of staying in a castle and that in itself was magical. We stayed in the Cromwell Suite which is big. The kids loved the extra room to roam. The high ceiling in the living/2nd bed area was nice and contributed to the majestic feel.There were however a few things that could have been better. "Cromwell Lodge was good value, especially over Christmas. Staff were friendly and efficient and the room was comfortable if quite dated. The whole hotel needs a bit of a refurb, but it could be absolutely wonderful."

"Great location for exploring the Cotswolds. The pub is a lovely country pub. Its right next door to Hook brewery which does a lovely breakfast. The room we had was large and spacious for all 4 of us. We highly recommend this pub."
