"Check in times listed are not correct, which would not be a problem unless your train was delayed which ours was. Office closes early at 7. The employees are wonderful. The bar and patio area are great. If you have kids, it’s a great place to stay. Close to the beach, shops, and food. There are plenty of things to keep your kids occupied. The owners are wonderful and easy to talk to. "

"Such a wonderful visit! The room, breakfast, and staff were amazing. Our favorite part was the bikes. Easy ride to Grado and Aquileia and beyond. We were in the middle of a long multi country trip, and it was so nice to be able to park the rental car (for free!) and ride bikes everywhere."

"Average at best. Rooms were basic, small, and things such as sink and shower didn’t work properly. AC was feeble. The pool is tiny, worn, with many broken tiles and very little or next to nothing in terms of a space to sun bath and relax whilst offering no privacy from the street.
