"The rooms are old and in need of an update. We only had nets at the window, no curtains to stop the morning light. One of the bedside lights was not working. The website advertised at evening restaurant, this is now no longer open."

"Pleasant campsite helpful English speaking reception staff. Pool was very busy so didn't use it. Nearest village was shut for food as it was a Sunday but bar on site did buffet style hot and cold food only here for 1 night so it served it's purpose. Bring your own mugs if you like a morning cuppa. They only doini coffee cups"

The chef’s menu choices in the restaurant are masterfully prepared and served with grace and elegance along with a lovely selection of wines. "We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."
