"Great location for Downtown events. We had a great river view room...There were a couple issues that should be repaired. The shower door leaked and the sliding door to the balcony was not in good operating condition! The Lobby and Room was clean, but hallways and elevator not so much."

"Overall I had a nice stay realized I didn't have hot water in the first room that I was placed in called front office and spoke with them about it and they politely checked another room and it's water an the cleanliness of it an had me change rooms the heating unit was a bit difficult to figure on the particular ac unit I had but was very pleased staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable "

"Check in was quick and staff was extremely pleasant. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and washcloths. My only complaint is that I wish they had bigger pillows. The blanket for the pullout sofa was missing but the desk brought a couple when we called down to let them know. We stay at this hotel 2-4 times a year to visit with family and have always enjoyed staying there. They do serve a nice hot breakfast and there is always plenty. "
