Houseboats in Florida

"The property and staff were very nice. The houseboat was set up very nice with everything someone could want for a short trip. It is walkable to Publix and sombrero beach (2 miles one way). One downside is you do hear the roosters and the air-conditioning through the thin walls. You are pretty close to your neighboring boats on the deck facing the water. There is ample air conditioning units (3) to keep the unit cool, however likely not a lot of insulation which may be something to consider if...

"Great location by food trucks and music. Boat was not in the best shape. Main cabin LED was on and switch was broken, so no way to turn off unless turn ALL lights off at the panel. This was disappointing. Check in and directions were great! No microwave on board."

"Owner communication was great and Master Suite was very comfortable. AC worked great, boat has lot of bathroom space! Our charter to see the sunset was spectacular with such a great kind crew that did a professional job. Our stay overall was verand will book again on our next trip"

"There a lot of negative reviews about this property, but we really enjoyed it. It was exactly what we expected, because we chose a houseboat. I think a lot of the previous negative reviews were expecting a yacht at the price of a small eloquent houseboat. We would definitely do this again, the sunrise was amazing!"

"We had a wonderful time. It is an older, smaller boat but we enjoyed it. There is a port a pot in the cabin but there is a huge shower and bathroom under the carport. We were able to fish right off the boat. Frank will answer texts pretty quickly. "
