"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you are looking for the fun fibe of Key West. Parking was an additional charge but well worth the extra money. On the day we checked out we could extend the parking two hours at no extra charge. Breakfast is included. The exterior of the buildings is a bit tired as the building is over 100 years old but the room was comfortable and clean. "

"Good value overall, only parking can be a little hectic. Room is a little small, but is clean. The main concern is the bathroom where the tiles have a lot of brownish substance. Water is not very hot. Breakfast is good."

"Any place you get a real key rather than a card, is usually good. Good location, quiet, good breakfast. I would have liked an earlier breakfast like 6:30 rather than 8."

"Like many Hotels today, there are not enough hooks to hang more than one towel to dry. The sink in the bathroom goes with the decor but there is no place to lay out your toiletries. Very high tub and a wooden floor partition that is a trip hazard so not recommended for Seniors like us even though the location was right at street level and the Restaurant across the room. They only have 10 Parking spots so get there early and avoid taking the car out! "

"We loved so many things about our stay. The garden tub and shower were lovely. The breakfast was really good. Eggs, sausage, bacon, grits, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Super easy check in and check out. The house itself is cute. Our only complaints is there was no place to put our things, and the tub dripped. "What an amazing place to stay! We rented the pool house and it was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the pool, the games provided, the yummy breakfast, and sitting in the gorgeous courtyard. However the best part were the hosts. They are so thoughtful, responsive, accomodating, and funny to boot! We absolutely plan to stay here again when we are back in town. "

"We liked that is in walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The management and staff of the Inn are excellent. There are some facility things that need attention and hopefully will be addressed in the future. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The grounds are beautiful with plenty of native plants and flowers. The bricked courtyard on the side and rear of the Inn Reminded me of days gone by. The inn keeper is kind and helpful. The Inn’s cat Brody completed the picture of our tranquil getaway vacation. "

"Very beautiful resort hotel. It feels like a real getaway. It’s like a gated community and you’re enclosed in on the grounds. The hotel resort has multiple buildings, so double check your room reservation. The Terraces building has a hot tub and unheated pool, which makes it a more quiet and peaceful area. There weren’t many people at the Terraces hot tub and pool. However, the water park area is very busy, crowded, and filled with families. It’s definitely a fun place for the kids to go, but you have to get there early to find a spot to set your stuff down. Overall, excellent experience. I really loved the gift shop too. Affordable prices and nice items. I bought a keychain, tea cup/coffee mug, and a magnet for my refrigerator. "
