"The property is very lovely as you drive up gorgeous landscaping well lit in the nighttime. The two bedroom condo that we stayed in was very clean very comfortable and modern. I loved how there was laminate flooring instead of carpeting. And the screened in porches were great. When it came to the waterpark, it was very difficult to get a seat and it was difficult to get a tube in the lazy river. There was not many options for food and overall just too packed. "We love coming to the Island Resort. It was our 3rd time coming and staying there. It waa our first time staying in a junior suite. We were excited to stay on the dune view junior suite, but when we arrived to the room everything was great except the lock on the dune view patio door lock was broken. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance to come check it. The maintenance tech was very nice and professional. He said he could not fix the lock at that time but got it approved to get...

"Excellent location! Hotel needs a bit of fixing up. Maybe the hotel took a hit with the hurricanes… staff was amazing! Food was amazing! Experience was great! Hotel is a bit older. At least on the 6th floor with a veranda. I cannot comment on the pool area as my husband and my kids were mostly on the beachside. Brought our 14 and 17 old. They want to go back :) Great place! We will be back! "
