"When we arrived, we were not greeted by any Bellman or any staff, it took us four hours to check in, every drink was expensive, the pools were absolutely packed, and the bars were absolutely terrible, except Jeremiah and the new hire Val, we didn’t get room service unless we were charged. And on top of that anytime we ever needed to contact someone through the hotel phone that was included in our room. It would relay us to an AI operator."
