My daughter and I stayed here for the Middle Earth festival which was just ten minutes away.
The hotel was easy to find with adequate although not very secure parking.
The staff were lovely. They were very helpful and friendly.
The room was tidy and roomy although the beds were somewhat lumpy and there was a constant droning noise and something that sounded like the lift kept disturbing me. There was also only one small vial of shower gel which did not last the two days. Aldo there were no glasses and no hand soap.
Breakfast was included in our price and, on the whole, was very good. The only let down was the vegetarian sausages which were poorly cooked and inedible.
I am returning to the Middle Earth festival again next year and hope to stay here again.
