"Love this hotel - friendly staff reflect Kuching itself. Amazing room service, access to shopping mall in hotel, great views, amazing breakfast buffet, I want to go back ! "This is a sprawling set of several buildings and smaller cabins. We were in the Begonia building at the end which requires a short walk around one building and down two flights of stairs from the parking lot. The view of Mount Kinabalu from this far building is unobstructed and beautiful. The wifi is only available near the cafe and registration building. "the interior of hotel is good, but the exterior building would need a coat of paint. i will consider staying there again. maybe have a safe deposit box in each room - why ? your clients will want to go to pulau, so they can lock their passport and valuables in the room , rather than using the front safe. SO PLS IMPLEMENT A SAFE IN EACH ROOM INCLUDING ECONOMY ROOMS WITHOUT WINDOWS AT LEVEL 2. "
