"Nice mid city hotel. Convenient to East Erie’s, transport and quick access to airport fly away. / elevated hwy. Hotel has valet parking, not a giant lot but very suitable for visitors. Rooms were large, and well insulated which makes a big difference when Taipei drops to 12c. 2 elevators were quick and soaker tub was a big enhancement when temps dropped"

"Dust on the headboard and minibar shelf. Be noted late check out costs $300/hr. Free coffee anytime in the business lounge. Staff were friendly and professional. But doorman could be better trained in taking your luggage before sending you to the distant carpark."

"Hotel seems quite new. Room is fairly spacious and beds are comfortable. Shower has good pressure and consistent temperature. Breakfast (vegetarian) spread is very good and tasty. Hotel has own car park sites just behind the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great - walking distance to night market and several famous eateries. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Hualien"

"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. Some of the floor tiles inside were cracked but the room we had was spacious, quiet and quite pleasant. Also...
